Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I am married to the most beautiful woman in the world with a child on the way! I am one of 3 children; I belong to the Church of God New Reborn, where my father is Senior Bishop. My wife and I are coordinators for the Church of God Youth for the state of CT where we help administer events, camps and services for youth. Besides the church related things, I am a die-hard Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan! I try to go to about 3 games a year with my wife in each sport. My hobbies are baseball and basketball, but I have also been playing the drums and play piano for my church. When I have down time, I like to be active and go hiking or to the batting cages. Family time is also a big thing for me; spending time with family is such a blessing.

What kind of music would we find on your favorite playlist?

The music you’d find on my playlist is upbeat Gospel music and worship. (Tye Tribett, Hillsong Young and Free, Jesus Culture, Elevation Worship, & William McDowell)

What’s one thing you can’t live without?

I cannot live without love: the love of Jesus and the love of my wife.

What is something about you that might surprise others?

I am only 23 years old with a baby on the way; I got married at 22 by my own father.

What is a quote you live by?

One of my favorite quotes is, “If a mountain was smooth, you couldn’t climb it.”

Why did you choose a career in fitness?

I chose a career in fitness to help propel others to increase their level of health and wellness. I want to help people of all walks of life, from every generation, to be active and get back to what they used to do and do it better!

Kenny is now offering personal training at our headquarters on 140 Homer Street, Waterbury, CT. If you are interested in booking an appointment, please call (203) 759-8180. For more information, visit our website.
