Keeping it real… Resolutions? Naaaahhh!!!!
In this 1st volume of 2017, my letter will be for your “Resolutions?” or RESTORATION?
Do you write things down to keep track of your daily schedule? Are there things you just do without it being written? Do you write down your appointments? Grocery list? Family birthdays?
You get my drift… When it comes to nutrition we often make ourselves believe that if we burn XXX calories, during a once or twice a week workout… we can eat whatever we want because the math is done! Fools!!! Write down what your intake is, everything, gum, water, juice, tic-tac…etc., and write the time you do it… OMG!!! You will then see yourself in a different light, or should I say, different “plate”.
Practice portion control and self-discipline. A workout without “works” is empty… you can exercise all you want, but if you don’t take care of what you put into your body through your mouth, you are doing nothing. Apply yourself, start fresh! Start with one change at a time. The smaller the change, the sooner you’ll be ready for the next one, and then the next one… prepare yourself and make the right choices!
