So I ask again…
1.What is it about yourself you would like to change?
2. What are you willing to “sacrifice” in doing so?
3. How much time are you ready to spend on yourself?
4. Just how important are you to you?
Once you’ve answered these questions, you are ready to engage… why? Because if you were willing to “answer” these that means you ARE important enough to yourself… as I am certain you are to those loved ones around you. 🙂
